Deckhand/Stewardess

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Deckhand/Stewardess to join a 21m sailing yacht currently based in Spain, cruising the Mediterranean throughout the summer season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a dual role and wants to build solid experience on a sailing yacht in the Med.

The ideal candidate will have previous sailing yacht experience and be comfortable assisting with deck operations as well as interior duties. Line handling, sail handling support, washdowns, and general deck maintenance will be combined with guest service, light housekeeping, and maintaining a high standard of presentation onboard.

Candidates must hold a valid Schengen visa. A positive attitude, flexibility, and strong work ethic are essential, as this role requires teamwork and a hands-on approach in a smaller crew environment. Please note that due to the yacht’s layout, when guests are sleeping onboard, crew cabin arrangements require the Deckhand/Stewardess to share a cabin with the Captain.
