Compliance Administrator

Join Sirius Maritime Group as our Compliance Administrator!

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to support the Compliance Department across our managed fleet of yachts.

Location: Palma, Mallorca (Please note Palma de Mallorca is the preferred location for this role. However, we also welcome applications from candidates based in Barcelona, Spain and Varna, Bulgaria, or elsewhere within the EU for remote work arrangements.)

Salary: DoE

Start Date: 15^th June 2026

Your Role:

• Maintain vessel compliance documentation, certificates, and regulatory records
  · Track renewals and coordinate statutory and class submissions
  · Support audits, inspections, surveys, and compliance reporting
  · Monitor IMO, MLC, MARPOL, ISM, and ISPS regulatory updates
  · Assist with SMS procedures, manuals, and compliance systems
  · Liaise with crew, flag states, classification societies, and stakeholders
  · Support crew certification and training compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in Maritime Compliance, yacht management, or shipping administration
  · Strong organizational and administrative skills
  · Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  · Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  · Excellent communication and coordination skills
  · Fluent spoken and written English
  · Right to work in the EU
