Chief Stewardess

We’re on the lookout for a Chief Stewardess to join a brand-new 30m private motor yacht launching this May in St. Tropez. This is an exciting chance to be part of a new build project from the ground up, helping to create a polished, welcoming, and luxurious onboard environment. The yacht will operate as a single-season vessel, cruising the Mediterranean with daily trips and occasional voyages to Corsica and Sardinia.

In this role, you’ll take charge of the interior department, overseeing service, housekeeping, and provisioning to ensure the yacht is always guest-ready. From elegant table settings to cocktail service and maintaining an immaculate interior, you’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Collaboration with the Captain and Chef will also be essential to keep daily operations running smoothly.

We’re looking for a confident and capable leader with previous Chief Stewardess experience on similar-sized yachts — though an experienced second stewardess ready to step up will also be considered. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and a guest-focused mindset are essential, along with excellent communication and time management skills.
