Chief Officer

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Chief Officer to join a busy 37m charter motor yacht operating in the Balearic Islands for the upcoming Mediterranean season. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated officer looking to step into a leadership role on a professionally run, guest-focused charter program.

As Chief Officer, you will work closely with the Captain to ensure the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of the vessel, while taking charge of all deck operations, bridge management, and safety compliance. You will oversee a small deck team, lead navigational watches, and take an active role in guest activities including tender operations and water sports.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, practical seamanship, and excellent organizational skills.
