Position: Crewing Operator and Recruiter (CROREC)

Location: Varna, Bulgaria

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within our fleet of luxury yachts.
• Developing and implementing effective crew recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified seafarers.
• Building and maintaining a strong network of qualified crew candidates.
• Verify the validity and compliance of crew certifications and licenses, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards (STCW, MLC, MCA).
• Demonstrate independent problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively within the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the Crewing and Payroll Managers for second opinions on complex matters, fostering effective teamwork.
• Adhere to Sirius Maritime Group Recruitment Procedures for consistency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in crew recruitment within the maritime industry.
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, including STCW, MLC, and MCA.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
