Chief Stewardess

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Stewardess to lead the interior team on a 37m charter motor yacht operating in the Balearic Islands this Mediterranean season. This is a seasonal role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and brings strong leadership, service, and organizational skills to the table.

As Chief Stewardess, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the interior, ensuring a seamless guest experience and coordinating service, housekeeping, and laundry with efficiency and attention to detail. You will work closely with the Captain and Chef to deliver a polished, high-end charter experience.
