Junior Superintendent & Fleet ERP Development Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer or Marine Engineer with hands-on vessel experience to support our Technical Team and lead the digital transformation of our fleet operations.
This is a key dual role combining technical fleet support, PMS monitoring, ERP configuration, and digital workflow standardization. You will assist Technical Superintendents with maintenance oversight and inspections while taking ownership of ERP implementation, system optimization, and cross-department process alignment across vessels and shore-based teams.

Key Responsibilities
ERP Implementation & System Ownership
• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation across fleet vessels and office departments (Technical, Crewing, Compliance, Procurement).
• Configure ERP databases and modules, standardizing PMS, asset hierarchies, spare parts, and maintenance workflows.
• Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and data migration.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Deliver structured training to vessel crews and office users.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and ERP user guides.
• Act as ERP super-user and internal focal point for digital fleet operations.
Technical Department Support
• Assist Technical Superintendents in PMS monitoring, maintenance planning, and defect follow-up.
• Provide electrical, automation, and general technical input as required.
• Participate in vessel visits, yard periods, and inspection preparation (Flag, Class, Statutory).
• Maintain technical records and support reporting processes.
Ideal Candidate
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Marine Engineering (Electrical Engineer background preferred)
- Seagoing experience as ETO or Engineer preferred
- Hands-on knowledge of shipboard maintenance realities
- Experience in ERP/PMS configuration, system troubleshooting, or software implementation
- Strong project coordination, stakeholder communication, and training skills
- Analytical, structured, and delivery-focused
- EU work eligibility and willingness to travel or relocate as needed
- Support ERP-based procurement workflows, supplier data management, and purchase order tracking.
- Ensure technical and procurement documentation aligns with compliance and internal controls.
- Assist in budget visibility and cost tracking through ERP reporting.
