We are currently seeking an accomplished Fleet Operations Director to lead the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our managed yacht fleet. This senior leadership role oversees all operational departments and ensures seamless coordination, exceptional service delivery, and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day fleet operations, including yacht operations, compliance, finance, HR, technical management, and crewing.
- Drive operational KPIs, continuous improvement, and efficiency across the fleet.
- Lead, mentor, and develop our Team, ensuring high performance and a safety-focused culture.
- Manage relationships with yacht owners, captains, family offices, and industry partners.
- Ensure full compliance with maritime regulations, lead audits and risk assessments, and enforce emergency protocols.
- Support innovation, digital solutions, and sustainability initiatives across fleet operations.
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years in maritime operations, fleet management, hospitality, or related sectors, including at least 5 years in a senior operational role.
- Strong financial management, budgeting, and cost control experience.
- Master’s degree in Maritime Studies, Hospitality, Industrial Management, or related fields; MBA or project management certifications a plus.
- Excellent leadership, team development, and client relationship skills; fluent in English, other European languages a plus.
- EU work eligibility and willingness to relocate to Barcelona.
Job Specifics:
- Flexible working hours, including availability for emergencies.
- Frequent travel for vessel visits, client meetings, and events.
