In this role, you will be responsible for managing employment contracts (SEA), ensuring crew certifications and compliance, handling medical claims, and coordinating crew travel. You will also oversee Flag State endorsements, Seaman’s book applications, and maintain regulatory adherence to MLC, STCW, and MCA standards. Additionally, you will monitor crew performance and appraisals, support budget management, and provide detailed reports to management and clients.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in crew management within the maritime industry, with strong knowledge of maritime regulations and crewing best practices. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with problem-solving skills. Fluency in English is required, along with the right to live and work in the EU.
